New updated website information 2021

RealPunting.com new website launched Nov 2021

We have completely re-designed our website. Why?

• 1. Modern, new and crisp interface as you would expect and also mobile and tablet friendly. It will work better on any device!
• 2. Fast Google style searching so YOU can easily find content YOU want.
• 3. A more interactive site. You can easily give a thumbs up or thumbs down to videos and add comments.
• This will help us when filming to know what you like and what you don't so we can provide better films in the future.
• 4. Built with today's tech so we can embrace new technology in real time.
• 5. An even better (more) secure payment system and we hope to add additional payment options soon.

So what has changed from my point of view?

• 1. Login is now much easier
• *** NOTE: Use your EMAIL address to log in FROM NOW ON!!!  (DO NOT use your old USERNAME!!!) ****
• 2a. As a returning or existing customer please select My Account -> Login from the top navigation tab or menu and then:
• 2b. Enter your email address as your login-name and a temporary password of letmein99! (let me in 99 + an exclamation mark)
• 3. You should then see (top right) that your account is now XTRA and your initials are shown in a circle
• 4. We would then encourage you to change your password by using the My Account -> Login - enter your email and click on the Forgotten Password box which will allow you to reset
• 5. To futher save you time and completely optional, we suggest that you also enter your address under My Account -> My Settings as you will be asked for this when making any payments and this will save you from having to re-enter your details.

Expiry and Payment changes

All of your existing data should be copied across and we never hold any CC details. If you have made a one-off payment (non-recurring subscription) your membership has a finite expiry date and will expire on that date. Please renew when required. If you have a recurring subscription then when your next one is due we will alas have to ask you to renew this as we are now using a better payment system. We will cancel your old one, but if there is a double-up we will refund you (of course) during this transition.
